Irish man gets a €500,000 loan to buy school furniture
Irish businessman Conor O’Neill has been awarded €500 000 by a bank to buy the furniture of his daughter’s school for €250 000.
He also received a €200 000 loan to help him pay the mortgage.
Mr O’Neil, 47, said he was “disappointed” but said the loan was the only thing keeping him afloat.
“I’ve been doing it for five years.
I’ve got two small children and I’ve had a lot of help, which is great,” he said.”
